| Description |
The Boxer
recessed caster and retractable handle combination is one of our most
popular options. It maintains the rugged strength of our shipping case,
while making any small to mid-sized case extremely manoeuvrable.

| Features |
High-quality
Colson 3.5" casters mounted in a cast housing will roll across
parking lots as easily as an airport concourse. Corner mounting
keeps case from tipping while being pulled (a problem with other
styles of recessed caster). Push button action easily releases
telescoping handle from fully-recessed position. Set can be added to
cases with footprint as small as 15x12 inches. Note that a 2.25"
false floor is required for retractable handle, in turn increasing the
outside case height. While recessed casters are rated at 100lbs
each, we have found some casters failing in abusive environments with
equipment loads greater than 60lbs (27Kg). For loads greater than 60lbs
(27Kg), consider using our standard
casters. |
