Using
cnc routing, die-cut, water-jet cut or hand-cut foam Boxer can customize the interior
of any case, tray or drawer. Boxer also offers foam inserts for stock
moulded cases. |

Boxer
uses different densities of foam, depending on equipment
sensitivity and weight, to create protective, professional looking surrounds for
all types of products. Foam can be glued in place or removable,
allowing multiple applications for a single case.

with polyester ("ester"), polyethylene ("etha") and plastazote
(LD-45, LD-23) type foams |

Foam
insert pricing is based on four factors: The complexity of the
individual shapes being created, the complexity of the layout of these
shapes, the cost of the foam "blank" the insert will be cut from , and the
cost of the actual machine time and/or labour required to cut the foam.
Shapes: Basic shapes (circles, rectangles, ovals, T's and
L's) are $5 each to create. Complex shapes are quoted individually and can
run from $10-50 each. Once a shape has been created, it can be reused free
of charge in any quantity and any insert.
Layouts:
Pricing ranges from $20 for basic layouts $200+ for complex or large layouts
Foam blank cost: This is quoted on a per-insert basis
according to the cubic inches of foam used
Cutting and Assembly:
This is quoted on a per-insert basis according to machine time and labour.
