Case Options
Placing An Order


1. Get a free, no obligation quotation and/or drawings for the case(s) you require. Contact us to have a representative come to your facility, or  email / fax / phone us. To save time, you may wish to prepare the following:
A) A basic list of the various items you need to ship, including approximate dimensions and approximate weight of each.
B) A list or approximate volume of any accessories that may need to be included such as manuals, cabling, tools etc. 
B) How sensitive to shock and vibration each item is.
C) What "abuse level" the cases will likely receive (i.e. - will it always be in the trunk of your car, or will it be frequently shipped by commercial carrier, etc.)
D) Any special requirements, such as maximum outside dimensions (where possible, we always attempt to keep at least one horizontal dimension under 30" to fit through standard doorways)  laminate type or colour, silk-screening requirements, pouches or pallets, a water-resistant seal , key-locking latches or other special hardware, adjustable dividers, anti-static foam. requirements for casters or luggage style handles,

E) Shipping destination - we'll happily include a price for brokerage (US orders) and freight to you address, anywhere in the world. Alternately, you may pick up your case from our plant in Pickering.
2. Upon approving the quotation, you may review our payment options, and supply us with a purchase order or other non-verbal order. You will receive an order confirmation within 24hrs, including an estimated delivery date (most cases ship within 10-14 days of your order unless otherwise noted). Please note that a 50% deposit may be required for COD or new accounts, due to the custom nature of our product.
3. It's got to fit!! - While every attempt is made to properly size your case, it's in the nature of a custom product that errors can occasionally occur - either in measurement or in design. Upon receiving your case, check the fit of all items. Foam should be snug to your equipment, but not to a point of impeding removal or insertion. We are not satisfied with your case until you are, and will rectify any problems as quickly as possible - even if it means building your case a second time!  Please contact us immediately if you believe there is a problem with any Boxer product you have ordered.
